I recently had the pleasure of working with Mich Bondesio (Insta: @michbondesio and LinkedIn: @michellebondesio) on a branding shoot that truly brought her business vision to life. From the very beginning, we focused on creating images that not only showcased her personality but also highlighted the unique values and style behind her brand. The session was equal parts fun and intentional—every detail thoughtfully chosen to reflect who she is and the message she wants to share with her audience. After the shoot, I sat down with her to talk about the experience, her brand journey, and how the images will support her next chapter.

Q1:

Why did you want to work with me?

Mich:

You have an exceptional eye for colour and framing, and a gift for making people feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm super awkward in front of the camera, so I knew that you was the right person to ask when it was time for me to get new branding photos done for my website. I'm super happy with the results and everyone comments on the photos.

Q2:

Did you know what type of shots you wanted ahead of contacting me or were you looking for ideas?

Mich:

I had an idea of what I needed for my website, in terms of look and feel, but you offered great suggestions that I either hadn't thought of, or which made my planned layouts stand out even more. You have years of varied experience which you bring to every shoot.

Q3: How did you find working with me?

Mich:

It was fantastic and fun. You are a consummate professional in how you handles each project from beginning to end and you're just a lovely, easy-going person to work with. Things flow smoothly on the shoot, and you goe out of your way to reasonable accommodate requests, and you made me feel safe. I felt really seen in ways it isn't always easy to communicate through words.

Q4: Did anything surprise you about the session?

Mich:

I was surprised at the variety of images we were able to capture in a one hour session. It gave me loads of options for future content and I thought it was reasonably priced for the value provided.

Q5:

Would you recommend me?

Mich:

I would absolutely recommend you, whenever I hear about someone needing a photographer, you are at the top of my list because you are versatile in the type of work you do - from personal branding, to events, to interiors and commercial projects.

Q6:

If someone is on the fence about working with me, what would you say?

Mich:

Go for it, you won't regret it.

Q6:

What was your favourite part of the shoot?

Mich:

We laughed and talked throughout so it was fun and it didn't feel like a chore.
